Belina Grow is proud to announce the launch of the Grow Online Programme — making our award-winning support for women accessible to organisations across the UK for the first time.
The Grow Programme is a specialist employability service designed by women, for women. Our approach focuses on building confidence, overcoming barriers, and supporting women to move into work, training, or education with personalised advice, practical tools and a strong community network. Delivered by our expert team of advisers, Grow has helped thousands of women take positive steps towards their goals.
Now, with the launch of Grow Online, organisations can refer their participants directly into our programme — giving women access to over 20 live, interactive online workshops every month, including:
- How to find, choose and pay for Childcare
- CV building and interview skills
- Flexible working options
- Starting a business
- Confidence and motivation sessions
- Specialist support for single parents, carers, and Ukrainian women
- Using AI in job searching
Participants also gain access to the award-winning Grow App, offering motivation, advice, job bulletins, and a welcoming online community.
Our first major partnership under the new online model is with Paddington Development Trust (PDT) and Equi-Vision, through the SWEET 2 programme, supporting women across Westminster, Camden, Kensington & Chelsea, and Brent. This collaboration is already helping women furthest from the labour market to access Grow’s proven support and start building their futures.
Liz Sewell FIEP, Director of Grow, said:
“We are passionate about giving women the tools, confidence and support they need to transform their futures. By launching the Grow Online Programme, we are making our expertise available to organisations everywhere, helping more women overcome barriers and take real, sustainable steps into work.”
Ola Badamosi, Deputy CEO focusing on employment and economic development strategy and SWEET 2 Project Lead at PDT, said:
“We are excited to offer women access to the Grow Online Programme. It gives participants a wide range of practical tools, delivered by experts who understand their journey, and helps them move forward with confidence.”
Yvonne, from Equi-Vision, added:
“The Grow Online Programme gives the women we support a chance to build their skills and see a real path towards employment and independence.”
The Grow Online Programme is now available to other organisations who can partner with Grow to offer their participants high-quality, specialist employability support.
