Now, it’s time to shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond in quality and compliance by submitting your nominations for the Quality Professional Awards (QPAs) 2025!

The QPAs, founded by IEP Corporate Affiliate Partner Mesma,celebrate the exceptional individuals, teams and initiatives that make a tangible impact in Further Education and Employability. These awards recognise those who are committed to improving standards, creating positive change and driving excellence within our sector.

The IEP has proudly supported these prestigious awards from their inception. As IEP Group CEO Scott Parkin FIEP states:

“These awards shine a much-needed spotlight on the dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to uphold and improve quality across our sectors. At the IEP, we take immense pride in supporting and celebrating their achievements. These professionals are at the forefront of driving forward our mission at the IEP, which is ‘Employability professionals everywhere are the best they can be.’”

By nominating a colleague, team or initiative, you can help ensure that outstanding contributions to quality improvement receive the recognition they deserve. Nominations are free and open until 21st March 2025. Finalists will gain national recognition for their work, be invited to the awards ceremony at the Leeds Marriott on 6th June 2025, and have the chance to take part in the ‘Speaking of Excellence…Podcast’.
