Career & Life Planning: Career Employability Specialist Programme

Our 4 Day “Career Employability Specialist” programme is developed in conjunction with the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and is the first and only programme in Ireland to be endorsed by the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) specifically for employability professions in coaching, training and placing the long-term unemployed.

We developed our Career Employability Specialist programme after recognising that there was a gap in the market for a comprehensive employability support programme. This programme is developed to ensure trainers and coaches are better equipped with the necessary skills and resources to coach, train and support the unemployed back to sustainable employment.
