We are excited to announce Fatme Aoudi FIEP, who has been a supervisor at Branteviksgruppen since 2017, is our latest Fellow in IEP Sweden!
With over a decade of experience in leadership and support for individuals who are far from the labour market, Fatme has developed a strong passion for helping people achieve their goals and find a meaningful place in the workforce.
“Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with newcomers to Sweden and supporting their integration by assisting with applications to authorities, job searching, and career development,” said Fatme.
“This journey has given me a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face when trying to enter the labour market, and it has also shaped my commitment to driving change.”
Fatme said becoming an IEP Fellow provides an important opportunity to realise her dream of creating positive change in the labour market.
“Through my role, I aim to be one of those working to simplify and improve life for the unemployed and contribute to a more inclusive and fair system.
“I see the Fellowship as a step closer to my vision of positively impacting society. It also gives me the opportunity to be part of a network of like-minded individuals, all working towards the same goal, providing me with both inspiration and tools to develop and implement solutions that truly make a difference.
“For me, the Fellowship is about more than a personal achievement,” Fatme continued. “It is a chance to access a platform where I can share my experiences and learn from others, while also working to create sustainable changes that help people achieve their goals. This is a path for me to continue my journey towards making a real difference in people’s lives and improving the labour market as a whole.”
