Scott Parkin FIEP, IEP Group CEO is travelling to Australia this week to visit friends, colleagues, and partners in the employment services sector. Accompanied by IEP Australia colleagues Matt Crossingham MIEP and Lauren Peacock FIEP, Scott’s visit reflects IEP’s ongoing commitment to supporting workforce development and fostering collaboration across the sector.

Scott will also be attending the NESA National Conference 2024 from 4–6 December providing an opportunity to connect with employment services organisations, consortium partners, and IEP Corporate Affiliate Partners and discuss how IEP can help upskill their workforce.

While in Australia, Scott will attend various events, meetings, and gatherings with government representatives, advisory boards, and peak bodies. These engagements are a chance to explore the challenges and opportunities facing the sector and highlight IEP’s evidence-based, practitioner-focused learning solutions as well as our Centres for Excellence and the role of the IEP Quality Improvement Framework in driving excellence in service delivery.

Scott’s visit also offers an opportunity to reconnect with Fellows and partners, who play a key role in advancing employability practices in Australia. With almost 300 global Fellows, more than 50 based in Australia, and a newly formed IEP Australia Board, we are committed to growing our influence and impact, working closely with local stakeholders to drive excellence in employability services.
